Jean Ann Bowman, Ph.D.

Jean Ann Bowman, Ph.D., leads the OPD's proposal development initiatives in the College of Geosciences and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Dr. Bowman has more than 20 years of experience in applied hydrology research, with a focus on the relationship between land surface hydrology and global environmental change.
