Phyllis McBride, Ph.D.

Phyllis McBride, Ph.D., leads the OPD's proposal training and outreach initiative. Dr. McBride has 20 years of technical communications experience in publishing, industry, and academe, eight of which have focused on proposal development and management. She has worked for Dallas Magazine, EDS, and CH2M HILL, and has also taught technical communications at Texas A&M University.
