Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowships are highly prestigious and are open to US citizens or nationals who are committed to a career in teaching and research at the college or university level in a wide range of fields of study and who can contribute to faculty diversity.
This seminar will cover:
- Eligibility requirements
- How to prepare an application
- Ways to make your application more competitive
The seminar will also feature a panel of recent Ford Fellowship awardees, who will discuss their experiences and answer questions.
There are three types of Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowships:
- Predoctoral Fellowships (application due Nov. 2, 2009)
- Dissertation Fellowships (application due Nov. 9, 2009)
- Postdoctoral Fellowships (application due Nov. 9, 2009)
